WORKSHOP INFORMATION

Linocoln Park, Chicago.

Location will be disclosed via email upon reservation.

Class duration: 75 minutes

This is a group workshop with a maximum of 8 members per workshop.

Open to anyone, all ages. General workshops will accommodate all levels of experience from complete beginners to intermediate to advanced.

Beginners, please do not be intimidated to join. Your class will consist of conditioning + learning proper stance, footwork, and basic strikes. Everyone else, get ready to work.

Please bring: UNIFORM (see below), towel, drinking water, clean feet, boxing gloves [optional], shin guards [optional]

Arrive 15 minutes early to check in, sign waivers, change, and warm up

All workshops are completely FREE !

$10.17 is the deposit cost to reserve your spot in class. At the end of your session, you can retrieve your deposit at the register or choose to give your deposit to your instructor as a tip for their hard work.

An absence will forfeit your deposit to the instructor.

There is no refund for cancellations.

UNIFORM ATTIRE

Although the workshops are free, we do ask all attendees to wear at least two (2) S+RANK FIGHT CLUB articles of clothing from this season during each session.

Uniform pieces are available to purchase at the workshop location.

All members must wear active shorts.

All members will be barefooted so please wash them feet ! ! and cut ya toe nails

At S+RANK fight club the smoke, mirrors, and masks are dissolved. Here you are socially naked. You can only bring yourself, the name your mama gave you, and the hours spent honing your jab.

With that in mind, stepping into S+RANK Fight Club requires its members to enter a state of immense vulnerability. We celebrate that dispelling of ego as strength. This is a place where the grounds are even and everyone is exactly themselves: the hidden characters that often lay behind social masks. Anyone willing to lean into this gains our utmost respect. If you allow us to break your mask then we are able to break bread as peers and as team mates.
