All sales are final. We do not accept returns after shipment except in the case of a defective product, in which case we provide a full refund upon return. Returned products must be unworn & sent back with tracking (shipping will be reimbursed).
Due to limited quantities, we do not accept exchanges. We do not have a store credit option.

You can easily locate your order number in the following places:
1. Confirmation email: Your order number will be included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. Please refer to this email for quick access to your order number.
2. Order-related emails: Each email related to your order, such as shipping updates or delivery notifications, will also include your order number. Please check these emails for easy reference.
3. Order page in your account: If you created an account during the checkout process, you can log in and visit the order page. Your order number will be displayed there for your convenience.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping time may vary depending on volume of sales and your location.
Domestic (USA) typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order, but please allow up to 7 days.
Once your order is processed, confirmed, and shipped please allow another 3-7 days for USPS (or other couriers) to deliver your goods.
International shipment times will vary greatly. Just keep it locked for your tracking information.
PRE-ORDER shipping will depend on the pre-order lead time. Lead time and estimated shipping time-line will be provided in the pre-order's item description. Pre-order delays are very common, so please keep that in mind when participating in a pre-order.
Please e-mail us with your order number immediately to change your shipping address.
There is nothing to be done if your order was already shipped before your change of address request. The Hidden Characters are not responsible for the outcome of this package.

The Hidden Characters is not liable for any packages after it leaves our headquarters.
Please file a claim with the courier company who is responsible for the delivery of your package. We can provide any information you need to help make your claim process go as smooth as it can.
We are aware this this happens more often than anyone of us would like. And as much as it sucks when it happens to you, please do not blame us for the outcome. We already put in the money and the resources needed to send your package and purchased goods. We are only responsible for getting your package to the post office. The courier service is responsible for getting your package to you. Demanding us for a refund in these types of instances (which are out of our control) eats directly into our small business when it is the courier company's (very very giant businesses) responsibility.
Again, we are more than happy to work with and help you file your claim and help get your money (or goods) back from the courier company.
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to our HQ, we will be happy to ship it back to you. However, you will be responsible for the re-shipment costs.
